Rightmove

With around an 85% share of the UK market Rightmove is the go-to place for buying, selling or renting property. 

 

But, until a few years ago, it was very much underused by estate agents in London. We were asked to change that.

I created the concept for a data-driven DM and digital campaign, which equated the popularity of Rightmove with the popularity of famous London tourist attractions and landmarks.

The DM used entry ticket-style inserts in a wallet to promote special offers, 

As a result, 24% of all the recipients signed up with Rightmove, completely smashing the targets. Especially when compared to typical conversion rates of around 4%.
